By accessing and using GrdConvert (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GrdConvert provides a free, browser-based utility to convert Adobe Photoshop .grd gradient files to Affinity .afpalette format. The conversion is performed entirely on the client-side within your browser. No files are uploaded to our servers.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may use the Service for personal and commercial purposes at no cost. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that could damage or impair the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logo, and codebase, is the property of Lumora Designs. Adobe®, Photoshop®, and Affinity® are registered trademarks of their respective owners. GrdConvert is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe Inc. or Serif (Europe) Ltd.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the conversion will be 100% accurate for all file types or versions.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lumora Designs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
7. Advertising
The Service displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense to support ongoing development. These ads may use cookies to personalize content. You can manage your ad preferences at Google Ad Settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
